Mixed review on this. The pick up went very smoothly, but the return was a problem. I was charged for 3 days but only used the trailer for 1 day. The location was very unhelpful in this regard (different person from the pickup). However the UHaul head office and regional representative was very helpful and looked after the situation promptly and professionally. Kudos to the Uhaul team in this regard.
