Only used to drop off. So, good enough, I guess. I didn't expect to have to put the trailer on-line and disconnect it myself. UHaul rep never left the office or inspected the equipment on return. Not sure whether that was a bad thing or not...?

Get more than one uhaul and have more than one size option
Michael AI wasn't given the furniture dolly and I was told that I wouldn't be charged and that I could use the dolly free of charge.
