I recommend them having wifi access since it i was there at 9am and didn't get the truck until 1045am, got the time changed to 1015am. I wasted a big part of my day and missed getting to another appointment. Doesn't matter if it the first, don't know when the mobile stuff was adopted but this shouldn't be a problem if you know it happens all the time. Also poor customer service on the phone. Don't need excuses from grown adults and also don't need someone rushing me off the phone when it's their job to answer questions.

Have the fuel tank full. Hard to guess to get a quarter tank.
Justin MWe did not use the small dolly so im not sure why there was a charge. It used to be where they were tied with a seal and you were charged if you used it. Also the truck was not clean on pick up. The cab was full of dried red dirt dust and what look like those fire 🔥 cheetoes. We did return it the same way.
Cathy MI had a last-minute reservation and the staff was great.
