The lady at the location was very kind and tried her best to help us but it’s unacceptable to book something online and then be told they don’t actually have it at the location. If I would have had a second option, I would have canceled my reservation all together.

TINA BIt's always scary renting a U-Haul because so many locations try to screw you over. My rental at this location couldn't have gone more perfectly. The staff were extremely nice and helpful and there were no hidden charges when I was finished with my move. I will be back!

BRIAN CExplain the cost of 29.95 for the rental is actually BS. The rental also costs an additional $1 per mile. That should be explained at time of reservation, not when you pick up the vehicle. I was locked in at that point. I had no alternatives. It’s basically a bait and switch operation. Explain the entire cost at reservation. Don’t hide costs from your customer. I definitely will shop for better pricing before reserving a truck in the future. There are plenty of competitors.

KIMBERLY MWe rent from this facility all the time. They are very accommodating. This last rental the truck was dirty with garbage left behind. We swept it out before returning to the u-haul center.

Oliver PWas told at pick up location that I would get something back for getting the U-Haul back in one day which I did. The contract was for 5 days and that’s when I asked if I would get any credit back for getting truck back in one day and was told yes. But drop off location tells me different. Just want to know yes or no do I get any credit back for getting truck back in one day instead of five. Thank you Charles other than this issue everything else was great.

LAUREN HThe guy who checked us in was so nice! He was super helpful with getting everything set up and explained the process for our mileage and check out stuff. My only thing that I would suggest for later is explaining where to park when you’re done when you return the Uhaul back to this location. I had to ask 3 people before they told me to park it originally but it took 3 people. Other than that 10/10, would rent again.

Phyllis MYou say that the pickup trucks and cargo vans when renting get 100 miles included in the price why not on the box trucks ? I have rented from Uhaul many times and you don’t have a program that respects your repeat customers ! 79cents a mile is a bit excessive for a in town rental that I return to in original store ! You should consider doing more for a return customer!

I have used this location before and came back for this rental specifically because he’s so great even though it’s a little farther away than other locations to where I have moved. I love the wide range of hours and how personable to team is. Moving can be hectic and intimidating, and Don takes one major stress away by making rental easy!

Paul BPeople there were very friendly. Unfortunately, we did not realize we were given a smaller truck than was ordered until it was too late. we ordered a 15 ft truck and was given a smaller unit. We had to load up and go with what we had been given. Not ideal, but we made it work. The driver side mirrors would not stay in place.
