I thought the $175.00 charge included a refundable deposit. These cargo trailers rent for $20.00 and less per day, yet because I was dropping off in another (connecting) state I was charged an outlandish amount !

When I pick the truck up the engine light was on I told the management about it they said it’s been on for a month go ahead and drive it. And if you have any problems call the number on the invoice.

Overcharged multiple times, sent me notice that I didnt return the truck even though I was a day early. I am also still being sent emails of late charges after I've already been charged multiple times.

Well my recipt said i was charged 81$ but my card was actually charged 93$. And that was after i asked how much gas was needed so i didnt get charged for it put in the amount i was told and was still charged for gas. I would like the 12$ mu card was over charged back.

To be quite honest with you, at this moment I'm not sure if they needed to do anything to make me have a better experience. Fast and simple along with being there on a Sunday when I needed them. They were great.

The staff at the IGA Express were fantastic! SUPER friendly and courteous. Great job on customer service (even when Uhaul's system was running slow and they couldn't get my receipt initially)...I didn't mind because they were so pleasant and fun to be around! :)

I reserved this vehicle and was quoted the rental which was correct, however, I was quoted at 49 cents per mile and when I returned the truck I had to pay 79 cents per mile. I think that when you reserve something on-line that is the price you should be required to pay and not a cent more. It appears that Uhaul needs to get on the same page as their distributors/contractors. It’s almost a bait and switch tactic or false advertising. It was a good overall experience and nice people to deal with at Uhaul online and Route 17, IGA Express, but I payed more than I was quoted on mileage which isn’t right! I would be really surprised to find this hasn’t happened to some of your other customers and should be corrected asap.

Honestly the van was new and nice, however it was extremely hard to keep on the road the front tie bars needed attention especially on the expressway... the transaction did not go very smoothly although everyone was very kind to me and treated me with respect... I will go back... I like that store... Hopefully it will be straightened out then

Honestly, my uhaul rental process was a disaster. I "reserved" a truck 3 months before my actual move and the day before my move they informed me that they "didn't have any trucks within 30 minutes of my location". So, we spent most of my moving day driving to the uhaul location that I had not originally reserved or selected.

They charged me for 2 days when I only had the truck for 4 1/2 hours. I took the truck back at around 9:15 pm on 3/28 but they overcharged me.

You need to walk out to the truck with your customers because there was a broken mirror on the truck and when my husband went in to tell you before you left u wasn’t aware of it so you obviously didn’t inspect the truck when the previous renters dropped it off. Then you tried to bill me for some pads that the previous renter didn’t put back in the bag. They was laying in the floor of the truck so we put them up on top of the inside of the truck because we didn’t know they were supposed to be in the bag! There was no mention of the pads in a bag when we rented the truck ! We didn’t even use the pads! You would’ve known about the empty bag and pads on the floor and the broken mirror if you would’ve done a walk around when we rented the truck!!!!! When you rent a car at like enterprise they do a walk around with the customer before they leave so you know if there are any issues!

The truck was dirty and dusty inside and I didn’t even see the spots until I was already at my storage unit. I only had my movers for two hours so I had no choice but to use the truck as it was.

Everything was great as far as the truck went but they double charged me and then the customer service rep was very rude about it. I had to call corporate.
