They did not have the equipment (appliance dolly) that we absolutely needed and paid for. The lady at the location was very kind and tried her best to help us but it’s unacceptable to book something online and then be told they don’t actually have it at the location. If I would have had a second option, I would have canceled my reservation all together.

TINA BIt's always scary renting a U-Haul because so many locations try to screw you over. My rental at this location couldn't have gone more perfectly. The staff were extremely nice and helpful and there were no hidden charges when I was finished with my move. I will be back!
