Great customer service when I pick it up and when I returned the trailer back . I was check out in less the 10 minutes and checked back in less then 5 minutes Bob was awesome to work with !!!A+++
Drivers side mirror was locked in an unusable position. Right side mirror was fine. I attempted to adjust left mirror but was unsuccessful. I drove it that way but it was very dangerous. Fortunately nothing bad happened. I would advise that you fix left mirror before somebody wrecks that truck.

The woman I got the uhaul from started out rude but then chilled and became nicer towards the end. Went to return because the woman said if they weren't busy they would do the paperwork with me when I dropped it off, went to return they weren't busy and the girl refused to help me and told me to put the paperwork and keys in the drop box when I told her the other woman said she would do the paper work with me she huffed and pulled out her phone and said let me see if I can. I told her Nevermind because it was obviously a giant inconvenience since she had NO ONE in the store but the other guy behind the counter. So I drop them in the box and received and email and a call from uhaul because they didn't check it back in. Worst uhaul experience ever.

I would not recommend Uhaul to anyone. The location was great - and very nice. I got a call on Friday before my pick up on Saturday. This person said there were no trucks in my area and can I change my pick up to a larger truck and to another location. I said that would be fine - however it will change the mileage. She said she would annotate on my account to credit my 50 miles. I accepted. However when billed I was billed for the full mileage with no credit. I called your customer service and she said because it was within the original price quote she will not make a change to the account or credit me any miles - per the agreement on Friday. I have been burnt by you and am aware to get everything in writing - that was my failing. Now you have profited from it - but I have learned - I'll do business locally from now on!

Location is terrific, very convenient! But the computer connection between the location and a central reservation system was poor and excessively time consuming. Much time wasted getting the reservation.
The truck I rented had a giant hole in the roof as well as other holes that were hard to see. My stuff got wet from the holes and the truck leaked oil on my brand new driveway. I will never use uhaul again for anything. They should of refunded my money for the damages and didn't. I'll use enterprise next time for my truck rental.
This was the worst imaginable experience.
