Abhorrent process and service. I arrived to pickup the U-Haul and a lengthy U-Haul vehicle was parked right in front of it, towards the right there was the smallest opening and then another uhaul was being pulled by a Jeep. Also parked right in front of the vehicle chosen for me. My father literally had to measure between the two vehicles to see if we could even try to maneuver it out. Since no one is staffed in support, we had to do our best to shimmy through. Spent at least 45 minutes there. Then we get to the app. I have to log in repeatedly, it refused to upload any photos of the vehicles then you get hit with an error message stating to upload at least one picture. And no progressing to the next page. At that point I said “fuck it”, took a picture of the odometer and gas going off of memory from previous rentals. Asked for a call back when I was on that enormous hold for support and they never called. Stranded without support and delayed makes me one unhappy customer. And why can’t you take a minute to clean the windshields. We do have to see in order to drive and every vehicle is filthy.
