My experience picking up the truck is beyond acceptable. The woman in the store absolutely lost it when I arrived and asked for a truck. She said I needed to call Sonny. She picked her cell phone from her pocket and called Sonny and then handed me the phone. I had to detail my credit card information in a crowded store with a person on her cell phone. the truck wasn't parked under a tree, it was parked in the tree. The branches were crushed against the windshield and filthy and unsafe to see through after I got it out. There was trash and blankets in the back of the truck. I left the location with no contract and no proof I selected the insurance. The computer used for rentals looked like it was hit with a hammer. How did you let your brand go so far down hill? I should be reimbursed for having to clean the truck and wash it when I got home before taking it on the road.David S.

The person who was at the pick up location was very rude and acted like I was an inconvenience to her by picking up the truck. The trucks dog latch was not sealed properly and heat was coming into the cabin the entire ride for 19 hours. The gas tank took forever to fill because it kept stopping the gas pump.Stacey S.

Clerk had no idea how to handle rentals and had to call UHaul to be on phone with customers. Van was parked with front tires over a curb which was dangerous when trying to back up. Van was full of trash. Van had warning signals regarding tire pressure sensors.Craig G.

VERY POOR SERVICE FROM ORIGINAL LOCATION AND WEBSITE I reserved a truck for 7-3 originally (Mobile Wireless U-hual Marrows Road), I later went online and moved the reservation to 7-4. I received conformation. When I went to pick up the truck the location was closed with no truck for me. I called and thru U-hual.com service switched my truck to another location, but original service failed at all points.BRYAN D.
All service at Route 72 Exxon was fantastic. Uhaul changing the pickup location less than 24 hours before with no other options and being literally 3 times further in each direction than the pickup location initially selected is terrible customer service and bad practice. The additional hour and a half drive to pick up the uhaul significantly impacted our move and I am currently looking at other rental companies as Uhaul is clearly not reliable in that geographic region.Matthew F.

Was supposed to be 24/7 drop off. Upon doing all steps electronically, we were prompted at last step to put key in drop box only to find no drop box at that location. Staff at Exxon did help and took key but entire process was very confusing.Chris R.

The team at this location was excellent; friendly, engaging and helpful. This location has the full range of truck sizes, including 26ft that I needed. Unfortunately, the truck interior was pretty dirty with cigarette ashes on the seat and on the floor, along with empty bottles. The truck I had sounded like a hot-rod. The noise while accelerating was an attention grabber and made for difficult discussion with the passenger. If the truck were a little cleaner and not so loud I would give an excellent rating. I am renting from the same location in a few weeks and hopefully won't get the same truckRaymond R.

The service was excellent, the owner saved us a lot of trouble by renting us a vehicle at the last minute with no hassle, after Budget rental promised us a vehicle by reservation, then said they give it to Amazon. Thank you so much, Uhaul saved the day for us and we will not forget it!!!william H.

This location is a total misrepresentation of Uhaul. I have used U Haul for many years as I ran a moving company years ago. This location has very bad customer service, lazy workers and poor business practices.JOHN B.
Had check engine light and TPMS lights on. The interior was not the cleanest. The seats had hair on them, both human and what seems from pets. The cup holders and such were all stained from drink spillage. The interior also smelled strange, like a very faint cigarette smell, which is unpleasant for someone who doesn't smoke and doesn't tolerate it.Sebastian Z.

The Uhaul agent took extra amount $15 for the gas even though used the truck only for 19 miles. in the contract the fuel capacity was around 3/4th of the tank, but when i checked in the tank, it was only half filled. But he insisted me to pay whatever is in the contract. Only mistake i did was not to check with him about the fuel before I left the place.Sanjeev B.

The truck was dirty and had trash. The knob was missing from the temperature control and the heat couldn't be turned off. Had to ride with the window open. I had the rental for 2 hours and drove 10 miles but was billed for 186 miles and 14 gallons of gas. This has not yet been corrected. The only positive was that the people working there were very friendly.Alice S.
Truck was very dirty, filthy, not clean in all areas - exterior, inside cab & inside truck bed. Mud everywhere. Had to sweep out before loading. Reserved appliance dolly and blankets when reserving but neither available at pick up location- what's the point of listing as option on your website?? I reserved the cargo van well in advance; still I was asked to pickup the van from different location because of the unavailability at the location closed to my place. Truck was very muddy on the outside. Floor of cab was muddy. Steering wheel and door were dirty. Cargo area was swept but sill had a layer of mud/dirt on the floor. Gas was very low so had to fill before departing. Truck was parked in very close space so was tricky to get out.Jeremy C.

Reservation was moved from the one I usually go with by UHaul. People were nice, able to get in and out quickly. Problem They didn't have any moving pads which I had specifically reserved. He said UHaul doesn't give him any and doesn't ask when they move the reservation. I ordered them for a reason.Peter K.

The station manager is the most courteous and pleasant that I have done business with in years. The prices are fair and reasonable. I used to bring my vehicle her for gas all the time too, because it seemed to last. It isn't watered down like the more familiar convince stations. Any I will definitely be getting my uhaul rentals here from now on.DARLENE G.

Mileage on vehicle did not match contract. Notified location. They documented fact and stated they would correct but that the individual who could do that was not in yet. U-Haul changed the pick up location on me, for the 2nd time, and I am very upset about that. If I pick a location on the website while making the reservation, and it shows the truck I want as available from that location, I do NOT want that location changed on me!!! In this case, the opening hours did not meet my needs, and I had to drive much longer (and pay for more miles) than the location I had picked. Customer support was not helpful at all the first time I called.Peter F.
