Service light on, paid and charged for Dolly that I didn’t have along with missing ramp. Called location and the guy was rude and when I asked for a refund on the equipment I paid for but didn’t receive he said I should have checked the truck.

I did hurry to get back before the U haul people left and although I got back before closing time, the person in charge of the U haul had already left. A receipt was left on my email which sufficed. Other than some soda cans, the truck was clean and ready.

Con artist sitting there managing the UHaul service. Tried to cheat me throughout the process. Told me there’s a 17 footer available and gave me a 20 footer without asking or telling me. Charged me extra $45 for fuel when I left the fuel at the same level I picked up. U-HAUL should close this service or audit these guys ASAP. NEVER USE THIS LOCATION PLEASE.

For a company like uhaul not to require a agent not to have a printer. Doesn't seem like a good business practice. Months ago was the same thing printer not working, be honest and say we are cheap.

The billing was incorrect. The mileage charged was way off. I was never asked if I wanted insurance- I was simply charged for it and never told. The location would not issue me my truck when I went to pick it up at the time and date confirmed for several weeks. The UHaul man had left work early! So I had to return the following day to get the truck! A terrible inconvenience and waste of time. They are horrible communicators. They would not give me a receipt when I returned so I could check the charges. And it was never explained that Tuesday to Tuesday (same time in and out) is charged as 8 days when it is really 7 days. What an irresponsible racquet you run! I rent cars all the time and have never experienced anything like this.

The truck was sub par at best. The passenger side door did not close all the way, my passenger had to sit in the middle seat for fear of falling out. Secondly, the door in the back got stuck open. It took us 30 minutes for 3 of us to get it down as the latch was stuck in the lock position on the top of the truck. Third, the truck had zero pick up and the engine did not sound right. I’m not a truck driver, nor do i know how trucks operate, but I know a faulty system if I’m driving. Lastly the salesman was very rude at the end regarding the gas. He told me I didn’t put enough in after I had brought it back with more than I received. But after an argument and then him checking the stuff in the truck to close it out, turns out I was right and he apologized. How about you do your do diligence first and check what you need to before you come after a customer for something you’re wrong about. That could have all been avoided and maybe my review and recommendation would have been better.

Route 72 Exxon was the second location we had to go to. I had reserved a 20' truck for Friday at 8 am online, received an email the Wednesday prior telling me where to go & confirming my GUARANTEED truck. We got there & the women said that the truck wouldn't be available until 3pm that day. They offered no help whatsoever when i told them we needed to be out of our currently apartment by noon, so 3pm was not going to work. They said "I don't know why they (meaning UHAUL) said that it would be here by 8 am" & offered no help to solve this problem. I had to call the 1-800 number for a customer service rep to help. He had a truck within 5 minutes. If a customer is being sent to a location, that location should be able to help solve this problem. The customer should not have to make calls & jump through hoops. Having a truck GUARANTEED should mean it is actually guaranteed.

truck was not empty, not clean. Ignition switch is very fussy. Someone will eventually become stranded in this truck. The person on site really had a positive attitude - I enjoyed dealing with him. Just wish the truck was in better shape.

The people at this location were very good. Unfortunately, the Uhaul "system" was not performing well and created many issues. Uhaul needs more reliability on their on line capabilities.

The Asian clerk was extremely rude, throwing hands off and didn’t want to show me which truck I’m supposed to take. He didn’t feel like getting out to help. Yelling and throwing hand. I felt like slapping him hard.

The drop spot was convenient but it was closed when we got there so there isn't much to say. It was very nice to happen to be a gas station so we could fill the truck back up without having to find a service station in an unfamiliar location.

This location provided us with a truck that had a tire blown out. Upon returning to our home and packing up the truck, we realized that they had rented us a car with a tire that was unrepairable. It took the tire service two hours to report this added an immense amount of time to our trip as we were already traveling across multiple states. This situation was entirely avoidable had the truck been inspected. It is unacceptable that the truck was not throughly inspected by the company prior to renting it out. In addition, upon returning the truck we were informed that the incorrect mileage had been reported previously on the truck. The mileage on the truck was reported higher before we left on our trip. This disorganization and multiple errors made throughout the rental process would lead me to persuade customers away from this location.

Personnel went to location to request a 15’ truck they assured me it would not be a problem. Made reservation when I received the confirmation the PU was at a different location. After several calls told only 20’ was available at original location. They said I could have the location and the 20’ would be at same rate. Called PU location again and they assured me 15’ would be available. Picked up truck only 20’ was available. The truck I drive handled horribly and breaks were mushy. After PU I looked at the email confirmation the next day. Surprised to learn I now had a NEW drop off location that had never been discussed. I called to make the change. After three transfers I got a person who clear didn’t want to be doing this job. She was unable to transfer me again, so she was going to make the change “we’ll i guess I’ll have to do this for you”. Happy that she was able to help me but isn’t this her job!!! Dropped the truck off and was asked to go to the office to get my receipt. Learned I went over the allotted miles and I owed $5.93. After all the run around I got on the pick up side and the drop off, charging me anything else was surprising and insulting. Did not argue the point with the counter person. When I went I i was the only one at the counter yet it took her 15 minutes to tell me I had a balance and print a receipt. Next time i need a truck I will find a different rental company even if I have to go out of my way.

1. the wrong mileage was entered on contract compared to actual. the actual mileage was approximately 600 miles over. I tried numerous ways to get updated and corrected contract before starting my trip but no one would assist. 2. I did NOT request 28.00 trip insurance that the vendor added at time I picked up truck. I did not realize until receiving the contract after I left the store. I called the vendor who stated he (Tom) would remove the charge. he did NOT follow through by crediting the extra charge. I called customer service who also did not assist with either updating the contract to correct the miles nor to remove the insurance I did NOT request.
