Super super quick and easy drop off! Counter guy was very nice, I parked the truck in the food Lion parking lot next to the gas station. Went in to drop off the keys. Guy at the counter was very quick and everything went very smoothly! Said leave the truck there and he will move it!

Ensure all the trucks are fully operational. The truck I was given had a battery that died after I had loaded the truck. Spent an hour waiting for a jump. Also, listening to customers helps. I actually needed a bigger truck which they had on site. I was told it was reserved but when I returned the smaller truck (which caused me to make 2 trips) the larger truck was in the same spot it was that morning.

I drove my rental for no more than 15 miles, but was charged for 37 miles. I complained about this and had an extremely poor customer service experience with the unresponsive "Rashon Williams" (email@example.com). I have now disputed the charge to my credit card company.

Needless to say I was disappointed that the truck was not clean and also that after the transaction was finished additional $.15 was added to my bill which I had not approved also the accuracy of your documentation is very far off my question is how in two minutes can I drive 30 miles in one of your trucks because according to the documentation I received the truck at 8:02 AM on the Fifth of October and returned it at 8:04 AM on the same day?

I was charged for 40 miles that I did not drive. I have taken pictures of the mileage from when I picked up and dropped off. Your company started my mileage at 14001 and I picked up at 14041. I was charged for 40 miles incorrectly. I wouldn't refer a company that has charged me incorrectly.

The location however was somehow changed to another location WITHOUT TEXT OR EMAIL OR CALL TO ME and when I tried to call the central office number given by the old location clerk to coorect I had to call over 1 dozen times until I got a person that did not hang-up. Very disppointing dispatch/reservations NO ONE SHOULD BE ALLOWED TO SAY "UHAUL PLEASE HOLD" OVER AND OVER, AND THEN HE REFUSED TO IDENTIFY HIMSELF. CHECK YOUR TAPES. Central Uhaul: This type of employee is killing your business. On the other hand owner of Route 72 Exxon very nice and helpful.

The person at the desk was very friendly and helpful, but the site didn't have any furniture blankets even though I had requested a dozen. It also didn't have a dolly, which saved me some money because it won't have been very useful. We were able to go to another U-Haul site that gave us 2-dozen blankets without charge. Also the truck was left tightly packed between two other trucks, so tightly packed that the side view mirrors had to be collapsed. I asked the person at the desk if she would move it out for me and she did. In other words, she was very accommodating, but the site and U-Haul need to get their acts together about have requested supplies.

The service center was wonderful. Unfortunately my moving help didn't show up on three successive days costing me extra rental fees. I have not received a refund and I had to pay someone else to move me. I am on a fixed income and can't afford to throw away money

Be clear about the additional $10 insurance charge. I was not asked and it was easily removed (I'm insured and did not need it) Other than that, it was an easy process.

Rented with blankets and a dolly. Was told at first it doesn’t matter if I reserved those things - he can only give us if they were available. Then he said he might have 2 blankets. We took them and when we put the first one over the furniture it was fu of maggots. Yes, MAGGOTS!!! I called uhaul right away put in a complaint and was told someone would follow up with us next day. Didn’t get a call.

Uhaul needs to keep their system updated. Reserved 20 foot truck for 8/11/18 at 8am. Get to location and was told truck not available until 9:30. The man at the service station said he made the pick up time change the day before and uhaul never notified me. Ended up having to use a 15 foot truck and made numerous trips which I was charged by the mile when I could have done one trip in the 20 foot truck I was suppose to get. While waiting for paperwork at service station another customer came in with a uhaul reservation that was also wrong. Called customer service and got a lady with a huge attitude. She talked like it was my fault. This is the second time this has happened with uhaul.

I don't think that this was the pick up location's fault, but I chose one place to pick up from and when I got there the associate had no reservation for me. I then found out that my pick up location was somewhere else, which should've been communicated through the emails, texts and phone calls that I received prior to. U-Haul can definitely do better in this area, other than that everything else went smoothly.
