Inacceptable and frustrating experience! My pick-up location and time were changed which resulted in more miles to travel and increased labor costs. Upon arrival at Rt. 72 Exxon ( which is not an Exxon as advertised but a Shell station) I was told the 26 ft truck I reserved and had a confirmation for was not available. I had to settle for a 20 ft truck which proved to be too small for my needs. They could not even supply the dozen blankets I ordered. I had to make two trips which cost me more time and more money for moving labor. This business does not care about customer service.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkStart with the gas tank full, not almost empty. Have pads for rent. Be more sharing with the contract. Have a second person working, not just one.
Alfred HWe walked in and was talking to the one that was in charge and he told us he did not have none available and was seeing three that we need on a lot, but we went online and booked and I had to go back at the same place to get it was three hours looking for a U-Haul that we need
Charles BI got significantly overcharged for mileage because they recorded an incorrect odometer reading for the start of my rental. Other than that, I had a great experience and the personnel were kind and responsive, but this is a big issue I’m still waiting for management to help me resolve.
Elizabeth TTHEY ARE THIEVES, they charged my card extra $86 as gas even i didn't purchase gas from there
