After I left I realized that the mileage and gas tank were different then what was on my paper, so took it back and they changed it. All went well and I was very pleased!

There was no one to help me hook up a 6x12 trailer by myself (I'm a female with an injured wrist and lower back issues). No lift was offered, so I attempted to get it myself. There was an friendly older woman who was in the office, but she couldn't help me. Finally another lady with an injured hand came out (I have no idea if she worked there or not) and stood in the back of the trailer to take enough pressure off so that I could lift it onto my hitch. Once on, the knob to tighten the trailer on my hitch was jammed, and I couldn't turn it at all. No one checked my lights, and when I arrived at our place to load, I discovered that my lights didn't work, and I had to switch vehicles. I also had to drive off the lot with a trailer barely attached to my truck. Not a comfortable experience. I have rented many trailers from Uhaul, and this was not a pleasant experience. The one positive was that I didn't have to wait in a line like at my normal Uhaul rental facility. Definitely dissatisfied with this rental!

When I got the truck home, my movers informed me that there was a puncture hole in the top of the truck. I called the uhaul site immediately. As I did not want to be charged for prior damage. I was grateful that I was moving all in one day or my furniture would have gotten soaked. When i returned the truck, someone just glanced at the mileage and gas amt. I had to pay extra for gas since I hadn't pumped enough, yet no consideration for a truck with a gaping hole in the roof.

well one thing on Columbia avenue rolling road they weren't even there at 5 when the truck was being returned her supposed to stay on the 6:30 so that was an inconvenience right there I had to call you all and tell her no one was there and what do I do you know so it was a poor experience like I said I pray hope that I never have to use U-Haul ever again in life

I’ve rented a couple of trucks and had no issues but this one I reserved on 5/23/2019 for 5/26/2019 was very disappointing with your service. I reserved for 7am at 1st location and was on the road finally after 9am from 2nd location farther away from my new home. 1st - there was no communication regarding my initial reservation stating there was NO 20 ft truck available, your customer services was very helpful over the phone at 7:35 am in getting me a new location. 2nd - after filling out the process on my mobile phone because the new location was suppose to be close, I find there was NO key available in the locked boxes. Lucky there was a lady in the office on her day off and I was able to retrieve the key. This was by far the worst experience Ive had with U-haul and I should be compensated for my trouble and going farther out of my way because of your poor service.
