Office was dirty. Worker was not wearing a mask and safety measures were not in place. Very little information about anything was offered - extra options like pads and straps, how to return the vehicle, etc., was offered. Truck was very very dirty - food, spills and trash throughout the driver area. Gas cap was broken - came off without unscrewing it. Was afraid I wouldn't be able to get it unscrewed and then back in place.

Kenneth C.Charge a different price than what was quoted on the reservation. Was charged an extra day because I picked up at 12:05 instead of 1 PM. Cargo trailer was not in good shape and leaked causing contents to get wet. Return the trailer at 10 AM on the day it was due back at 1 PM and there was no one there.

The truck was not swept out and there was just chaos...I did not get charged on the appliance cart as a way to assist which i appreciated. I struggled to get the appliance cart onto the truck only to find out i was told the wrong truck. Just not a smooth experience...I didn't like at all driving that big of a truck.

The Lancaster location set up the return for Middlefield Ohio instead of Orwell Ohio. I specifically said Orwell Ohio for return several time and clarified the spelling to the guy. So how did it get put in the system for Middlefield. I don't even know where that is !!! Attention to detail is crucial.....

Also, the wind shield wipers it self was not functioning, that does not pass state inspections. I've rented U-Haul a my entire life, but after this experience I may switch next time.

kenny B.I put. Reservation in for Willow Street I got up there they didn't have any so they sent me down to Columbia very rude people down in Willow Street . I had to drive extra miles to pick this uhaul up. Then any other uhaul places always walked around the trailer with me pointing out all the marks. Well this guy didn't do that he didn't seem to want to do anything. He goes we check it out when it comes back. I will never deal with uhaul again

Daniel H.When I went to pick up my truck at my first location, the first location on Columbia ave did not have the 20' truck, so I had to get a second Uber and go to the second location. The management at the first uhaul rental was no help at all, and actually did not care or did not feel the need to help this inconvenience. The second place 2801 Columbia, was great and the complete opposite that the first place. The first place was such an inconvenience and the customer service was awful.
