The following is for Uhaul corporate, not the location operators: My pickup location and time were changed at the last minute, despite my scheduling weeks ahead. I had the flexibility to adapt, but others might not. Also, the truck was returned low on gas and thus rented to me that way - per policy, I guess?Emily P.
I was told one price and was charged double.. Only used a few hours. was not informed vehicle should be refueled before return, and for time used refuel charge was too much.. Also vehicle needs maintenance. Run slow but idled fast.. over $80 to much for service received.. Disappointed, have used others and this has never happened.ROSA R.

This vehicle smelled horrendous. The door also didn't shut properly. I felt extremely unsafe using it.chad B.
The truck was filthy. With covid I believe it should be cleaned and sanitized after every use. It was very dirty inside. I have pics. If I wasn't busy and in a rush I would of had them clean it before I took off. But the employees did good with getting me the keys and having me in and out. Just the cleanest was lacking big time. I left it the way I got it. Hopefully they cleaned it out and not just checked the odometerRasheen G.

The office inside was unorganized and dirty. The guy who did the return was not sociable and both associates were not in any kind of uhaul shirt. They book looked like they just got out of bed. I'll use uhaul again but not this location.Bryce R.

I made my reservation July 15 so I thought I would be guaranteed at truck on July 30. I got a call the morning of July 30 saying they did not have a uhaul for me. I was so upset because we were moving our stuff out of our storage unit and had to be out by the first. I got a call back 20 mins later saying they had found a truck for us. It was a good news but I don't feel like I should have gotten this call in the first place my reservation was made so far out in advance that I thought I would have no issues. This was more stress that I did not need. Then on Saturday on the way to our new house the truck is smoking and over heating and we needed to call for road side assistance. Luckily we were at our new house unloading it so we could get it unloaded. It did take the roadside assistance like 2 hours to get to our house. But he fixed the issue.ERIC M.

The staff are professional, helpful, and friendly. The lot is large and easy to come in and out of. The truck was filthy. The cup holders had used matches and sticky residue. The seats and floors were dirty.Sherri Y.

I rated the equipment not well maintained because somebody noticed that there was a large bubble showing on one of the rear tires which is very unsafe and dangerous if it would have popped.David H.

The UHaul rental location was very professional and I cannot think of any way they could improve. For UHaul overall, though 1) I think UHaul needs more customer service help on weekends, as wait times of 40+ minutes are rough. But this could be a side effect of Covid-19. 2) I have never been able to receive text messages from you, whether for 2FA logins or something manually generated by your service/support group. This was over multiple days. My carrier is T-Mobile. I may contact T-Mobile for their advice, but would also be happy to help you troubleshoot this if someone wants to contact me. 3) It is silly to expect customers to take wide shots of the trucks when dropping them off after dark. Most UHaul locations don't blanket their parking lots with flood lights and smart phone flashes are useless. I would appreciate your check-in policy would reflecting this.Todd O.

the online process between whether picking up by representative or by key box was not clear. This is a Uhaul online issue I feel, no fault to this location. Poor communication and instruction leading to pick up, again no fault of this location to my knowledge.Matthew E.
I did mentioned it in my previous review that the purpose of online checkout is meaningless when the personnel has to do it all over again. I have completed every required that it needs be filled out to rent the trailer; however the personnel who was handling the transaction goes through it all over again. I did not see the sense of online checkout when I have to repeat the whole process again at the office. I have been renting equipment from u hall for sometime now. Confirming my driver license with my input should have been the only thing that it needs to done.Dawit A.

Office was dirty. Worker was not wearing a mask and safety measures were not in place. Very little information about anything was offered - extra options like pads and straps, how to return the vehicle, etc., was offered. Truck was very very dirty - food, spills and trash throughout the driver area. Gas cap was broken - came off without unscrewing it. Uhaul was horrible. Not safe. Drove horrible. Was revving, rpms was to high. Back door had to be forced shut. Break issues. Made noises. I fell from the hitch and injured my wrist and knee. Worst truck ever. Will never rent from this place again.James M.
