I had to have the rental location changed 2 times. I was told that I would get the truck for .89 per mile by vickie but the bill still says 1.09 per mile. please honor your price adjustment for the truck. I returned it a day early. rowes specifically told me to place the keys in the drop box but the online check out seemed to indicate placing them in the lock box? thanks bria0n kytchak

15' truck. Clean the stinky inside. Bad wiper blades. Needed windshield wash. Found garbage under the seats. Interior winshield dirty.

Very quick and easy transaction. The front steering was way out of alignment, like by 45 degrees off. But, we safely got there and unloaded and brought the truck right back. Smooth and simple!! Someone had left a moldy loaf of bread in the back of the truck from a previous move, 😂. But Rowe's are top notch and I thank you for the trucks!!

Louie was great to work with and he showed a lot of understanding of our situation (damaged RV that needs several weeks for repairs). I highly recommend renting at this location.

I chose no insurance online but they charged it anyway. Not very friendly when i asked why i was charged. Trailer had debris in it from the last customer and the brakes were malfunctioning.

I was very yes most definitely satisfied with my rental I didn't realize until I started unloading my items that they even had a nice ramp that was very sturdy it came in handy when unloading big things especially since i didn't have much help from others. Also the pickup and drop off process was pretty easy basically loading on the app and submitting information was a piece of cake I appreciate everything I'll be referring you to my friends and coworkers

Picking up this truck by use of mobile phone was horrible. There were too many hoops that I had to jump thru.

Trying to reach U-Haul is impossible. I waited over an hour on the phone just to get immediately hung up on and received a survey about how well the agent did. I waited 25 mins for online chat to not get help. Terrible customer service! If not for your resellers you'd probably be out of business. HORRIBLE

Try getting better lock boxes for your keys and management that doesn't have such an attitude when you come and pick up the truck at 9:00 at night that you've been waiting 7 hours for and then have an attitude because he thinks you're doing something illegal and then tries to make it a point to make sure you put gas in it and make sure you put gas in it you're worried about gas but yet I've been waiting 7 and 1/2 hours for a truck I was not offered a discount I was not offered anything to try to satisfy the situation I was told oh you can get a truck but you have to go to Ohio after I refuse to send me to transfer and then I can't even get into the truck the keys in the back lock the truck is up front so I have to walk to the back to go back up to the front the key will not unlock the door for the U-Haul for us to get into it and originally I paid for a 20-foot truck but was given a 15 ft truck because my 20-foot truck the transmission went out on while I'm on the interstate in 90° weather and then you didn't even give me any extended time since you took seven and a half hours away from me the day prior while I had to sit here and wait and fight to get a truck

U Haul did not have a truck for me, even though I had reserved one over 2 weeks prior to pick up. Had to travel 93 miles to get the truck.

You can set up your pickup and return right online. It was easy, the truck was ready to go and instructions are easy to understand. I did go inside to talk with the owner as this was my first time at this location. Very nice people.

Service was great, truck in very clean condition. The guy that got me all set up was very nice , extremely helpful and easy to talk to. I highly recommend this rental over the one in Greenville on the Hadley Rd.They are rude.

Truck very old rusted and drives extremely slow! The vehicle was clean as far as the front interior and inside but other than that it was extreme slow to drive!

Jim was very helpful in getting us the equipment we needed. Even when the trailer that we wanted to pull with the truck had to come through another dealer, he made sure that it all happened. UHaul is a little goofy in the way they do things, but Jim was first rate.

Rowe's provided me excellent and prompt service. Jim was waiting on customers when I called and said that he would call me back in 10 minutes. He did just that and then called me back a short while after I made the reservation to confirm that everything was set for our last minute move. Everything was in order when I came to pickup the truck and we were on the road in short order. My experience was excellent and based on that I would most definitely recommend Rowe's to a friend.
