I waited 25 mins for online chat to not get help. Terrible customer service! If not for your resellers you'd probably be out of business. HORRIBLE
floyd mccluskyTry getting better lock boxes for your keys and management that doesn't have such an attitude when you come and pick up the truck at 9:00 at night that you've been waiting 7 hours for and then have an attitude because he thinks you're doing something illegal and then tries to make it a point to make sure you put gas in it and make sure you put gas in it you're worried about gas but yet I've been waiting 7 and 1/2 hours for a truck I was not offered a discount I was not offered anything to try to satisfy the situation I was told oh you can get a truck but you have to go to Ohio after I refuse to send me to transfer and then I can't even get into the truck the keys in the back lock the truck is up front so I have to walk to the back to go back up to the front the key will not unlock the door for the U-Haul for us to get into it and originally I paid for a 20-foot truck but was given a 15 ft truck because my 20-foot truck the transmission went out on while I'm on the interstate in 90° weather and then you didn't even give me any extended time since you took seven and a half hours away from me the day prior while I had to sit here and wait and fight to get a truck

JANET KOWALSKIJim was very helpful in getting us the equipment we needed. Even when the trailer that we wanted to pull with the truck had to come through another dealer, he made sure that it all happened. UHaul is a little goofy in the way they do things, but Jim was first rate.

He did just that and then called me back a short while after I made the reservation to confirm that everything was set for our last minute move. Everything was in order when I came to pickup the truck and we were on the road in short order. My experience was excellent and based on that I would most definitely recommend Rowe's to a friend.

Randall ErskineRented a Trailer which had no Jack. Which made it impossible to unhook while it was loaded. the rental location was great....it is Uhaul that sucked Very bad policy to rent a trailer with no jack.
Randall ErskineMy only complaint about the 17' truck rental is about the dolly and padding available for rent. I like the fact that those items are available. However, the placement in the truck is absolutely horrible. The space that it occupies could be extremely beneficial for furniture. We had an issue where we need to put a piece of furniture on the truck and couldn't because we didn't have enough distance between the other furniture and the dolly/padding. Also, you have to be mindful of bumping it hard enough that you may break to ties and be charged for something that you didn't actually use. It would maybe be better stored in the over cab compartment (attic maybe) or at the pick-up location.
Harry RomesburgTrailer was the perfect size for our trip. Easy to pull and maneuver. This was our first UHaul rental from Jim Rowe. Found him to be easy to make arrangements with. Would rent from him again when the need arises!

Charles MossHad a terrible time with pick up. Reserved my uhaul for the 24/7 pick up, received both a confirmation email and confirmation phone call for the date and time I was to pick up the truck I reserved and then was told when trying to pick up I wasn’t allowed to take the truck. Spoke to someone who told me my reservation was messed up and not set up properly, through no fault of my own, but that meant that I was going to have to find a truck elsewhere. Obviously I was extremely unhappy and angry that I followed all the proper steps and was still being told I was unable to pick up the truck I had reserved or as the gentleman from uhaul told me..find another location that has 24/7 pick up and reset up the reservation, even if it meant I just was going to have to travel potentially 50 to 60 miles out of my way. Was compensated with a $50 credit but would never use the service again.
