Well the place in Kittredge didn't like as well. Hard to understand them very broken English. Got there at Kittredge the van was too small. They said it was a 20' truck. The cargo space was just short of 16' and the 30" attic. I was thinking that the whole cargo bay was 20'. The guy thought that the whole truck was 20'. The truck was not going to work. I called u haul They said it was a 20' truck. But worked with me to get a bigger one. Went with a 26' truck which is not the cargo bay size it is 23'. But it was big enough. You should explain that the main cargo bay is 23' + 31" of attic. I know I should looked closer to the picture showing the size. But when your busy moving you hear 20' or 26'. Not thinking it is not the whole thing. But did really like the 26'!! Very ez to drive and can see out! I'm a diesel engine guy but understand a lot of people wouldn't. But it worked well. Would get the 26' again!

On the mobile app: it kicked me out of the return truck procedure. I opened the app back up (had not finished the pics, etc) and the app had listed my return as completed/closed and neither the attendant nor I were able to open it back up to complete the process. So, possibly a software glitch with the app.

Wesley KI have used U-Haul three times now for out-of-state moves. The staff is always helpful, polite, and prompt. Your customer service business model is amazing; many other companies should look at what you are doing. This last trip, I did a load share and towed a trailer of someone else's stuff to Arizona, and I was compensated very nicely for this. It was a very easy process to pick up and drop off. The only issue I had on my last trip was the check engine light came on about 2 hours into a 15-hour trip. The truck technically ran fine, but the gas milage was not the best. The truck was comfortable and clean. I would recommend U-Haul to anyone. Mr. Jad Lanigan.

CRISTO PI reserved for mobile pick up, but it turns out the location doesn’t do mobile pickup. I had to wait an hour for them to open to pick up my truck. Then I get to where I’m going and they had not put the dolly in the truck that I paid for. It made the move very difficult for me without the dolly.
AMBER DThis location charged us for 4 gallons of fuel, even though we returned the truck with more gas than it had when we first received it. After I received the email with the invoice, my brother went back to the location and requested to check the gas gauge with the employee, but apparently the truck had already been rented out.

Jonathan KJust a little convenience store where you can drop U-Hauls off on the side but wonderful clerks who add U-Haul on to all their other tasks. The website didn't work for them either time I dropped off so they emailed me the receipt later. Both times they stayed cheerful and pleasant and were very apologetic for the website, which was none of their doing and nothing to get upset about. Now that we've moved here, I will start buying my gas and burritos from this pleasant little place.

John HThe truck wasn’t ready and the employee was never trained up to give out a truck. The windshield wiper fluid was empty, the wiper was dislocated and had to be fixed and there was no furniture/appliance dolly/hand cart as requested. Then the gas and miles were not same as on the back end as I returned with 1/4 tank filled and started with less than than as well the miles we off by 30+ miles it stated I went over and that didn’t happen, person on returning truck couldn’t do anything, would like refund of both charges plus the issues dealing with picking up truck. No way to charge a phone either

I will never pick up from this location again. I will choose a higher priced service then use them...they could care less. This location is hurting the good U-haul experience i have received in the past.

LAUREN PThe van had no washer fluid, the wipers were beat up, and the thing pulled pretty hard to the right. It had recently snowed and the snow was melting on the road. Therefore there was a lot of spray being kicked up onto the windshield. I had to stop twice to wash the windshield by hand at a gas station because the visibility was so poor and I couldn’t wash the windshield on the go with the fluid and the wipers. I don’t know who’s responsibility it is since I rented from a Shell station. So I left the recommendation as n/a on the previous question.
Jason WI was upset that 2 days prior to my pickup I was told I would have to go to this location when I originally wanted the Castle Rock location It was very inconvienent!!! Then told I would not have to pay for mileage and got a free day but the traffic to Littleton was bad nd took up my time!!!I have to move again in a few months I am thinking of looking elsewhere

But the location that I did pick up did a good job and I was appreciative
