Payment system wasn’t working correctly and asked for 3 different credit cards at pick up and the truck only had 1/4 tank of fuel when we picked it up. The when we returned they put in the system that it had 1/4 of a tank of fuel less than it actual had when we returned it and got charged over $50 in fuel charges. Then we’re told that they couldn’t change it and said Uhaul was going to make the changes and refund us, we still have not received any refund or changed invoice from Uhaul.

Uhaul in general is difficult to deal with. The people at this location are awesome but Uhaul itself is ridiculous!! You advertise a price but then tack on all kinds of crappy fees. To pay $64 to use a van for 3.5 hours that is advertised at $29.95/day is robbery! It wasn't mileage either. Van was driven less than 10 miles. Also, your system is too difficult for everyone to use and it causes major delays at the register. And last? I SO hated this transaction that I went out and bought a used truck rather than be forced to use UHAUL again!

There is a discrepancy between the gas that is in the vehicle versus the gas that the app is saying is in there. Fortunately this location was able to work with me to work that out and that made it very good. I did the self check-in and it was a hassle it was pretty involved pretty lengthy I would prefer to have a Uhaul attendant do that for me. I did not do the self-checkout

I have a concern as to how U-Haul communicates the rate. I was under the impression it was a rate was a daily rate. I am still not sure how the rate works as the rental site was not able to clearly communicate this to me. She said it may be a 6 hour rate, but was not confident in her response. I would have structured my moving day a bit differently had I known how the rate works. U-Haul got a significant amount of money from me as a result of this miscommunication. This makes it hard for me to recommend U-Haul to my peers.

We were outright lied to about the charges for rental. We were told $84 and charge is $303. This uhaul location is the absolute worst ever. We ash him to confirm multiple time the charges. Never went over the use of the trailer. Just took our money and zero service.

I was given a 10' instead of 15' without even being told. They were out of most equipment- I drove way out of my way for a supposed 15' which didn't exist.

I am a long time Uhaul customer. For this rental I received "confirmed and guaranteed" email communication. The day before pick up I received a call stating the trailer I had reserved was let to someone else and I would have to go almost an hour out of my way to get a trailer. If it was not so close to my actual pick up date, I would have made other arrangements. This was ridiculous to make me relocate your equipment. I will never use Uhaul again unless I have no choice.

This is a gas station, the people behind the counter can do gas cigarettes and sodas, but not set me up for a cross country haul towing a car. Fortunately for me the Uhaul guy that delivered the truck was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood how to strap my car to the tow dolly. This place did not have all the blankets and utility cart I needed, I had to go to another uhaul shop. Otherwise the truck ran great, 1700 miles without any problems.

Employee Zusan Cook the minute we walked in the store as soon as she saw my paperwork said oh no I will not be able to help you my system is down I don't know if I will be able to help you we waited patiently my wife and I walked outside to wait and after about 40 minutes your employee walked outside asked by another client where did they go and as she was walking no back she said "I'm glad they are gone" I came back in she had no idea what she was doing and kept on saying I hate doing this f....g job and making very negative remarks about what she was doing and the company, she finally after more than an hour she finally was able to print the paperwork and just said sign here did not explained anything and after reading the paper work and signing I reminded her that I needed to take the trailer that I was returning off the truck and her reply was "oh I don't do that you have to do it you are the one dropping it off" i went outside to get the trailer off with my wife who almost got run over by the trailer i feel that this experience has been horrible and I hate to say it but I would probably never do business with uhaul because of this experience

The staff had no idea about what was going on had to call customer service just to figure out what the sales person was even doing. Had a car hauler on hold and got there and rang up a moving van at twice the price . It took an hour for what was a reservation . Poor poor service

This location needs to be trained how to use and navigate web site. Took lady 45 minutes to figure out paperwork and truck inspection. Which greatly reduced the 4 hour time limit
JoAnna B. on
The sales person was not very knowledgeable and lacked customer service skills. The price was very high for a one way in state and 30 miles for $127 was not a very reasonable amount so having to pay .40 each mile after 30 miles defeats the purpose of already paying an over inflated amount compared to the $19.99 price advertised on the truck. Misleading advertising.

I had requested moving blankets that weren't there. Not a big deal... didn't actually need them. The process was super easy and everyone involved was exceptional!!
