Location was supposed to open at 10am and they never opened. Sign on the door said they were closing early the day before, but nothing about a change for Saturday m. They didn’t answer the business phone nor the number listed as a reference for the rental. We were unable to use the mobile pick up (contactless) for the size truck we selected. It referred us to call I-Haul customer service. We spoke with Gerardo who was beyond amazing, however, it took 45 minutes just to work through the issue.
