The truck had dog hairs in the seat it smelled of wet dog and the truck was infested with roaches. The roaches where crawling on me as I drove worst experience ever

They were closed went online and on the U-Haul website it says they were supposed to be open on Tuesday. They overcharge me and I had to get my money back from customer service. No one from their location gave me a call back in regards to my concerns

Truck no gas, on fumes, the transmission was broken. TO go into reverse had to put in drive, go drive had to go into 1. Passenger side window the rubber seal was falling off. Just a horrible experience. Was to orginal pick up at NMB main location and the app did not work and all truck were blocked I had to call 5 times to get a truck. Also the address does not show up on a google search. Takes you to City of North Miami Beach City hall. Location is hiddend on the other side of the street
