Went to drop off truck. Wasn't really clear where to park it. Went to check the truck back in. Started the process and it wanted a picture of in the inside of the cab. So I walked my belongings to my personal car. When I went to take the pictures on my phone the screen went to all checked in. Wasn't able to upload my return picture and had to walk around the whole area to find the drop off box for the keys. In the mean time I called and sat on hold for almost 30 minutes. Just when I was about to leave and ask for a call back someone picked up and I ended up having to email my pictures to have them to upload manually.

The cab of the U-Haul was very dirty. Food wrappers and garbage. There was a dead mouse in the passenger door. The back box leaked and water was on our items when we unloaded.
