Amazing as always! Needed a trailer and was able to get the size i needed and within the time frame I needed it. I was met at the site and within minutes had the trailer was hooked up and on my way. Drop off was just as simple. I will definitely rent from here again.
Jodi MI have no complaints with this location, entire transaction was handled with website reservation. On day of pickup a simple 3 minute phone call followed by a couple texts with directions on what was needed by me and I was on my way. Quick, easy, and done! Great job / communication!!
Chad EI was charged for three miles and 21.00 in gas even though It was almost full. As well as the truck I reserve was a 15 foot but ended up with a 10 foot. I was offered a 26 foot but it was too far from me and way to big for me to drive

I was overcharged on one rental, was charged for an extra day on my second rental and just got another charge today for a rental and i dont even have a trailer. Your company needs to look into this guys customer conduct because as long as he has the uhauls in my area i will not be using uhaul again.
Joeseph HWent to drop off truck. Wasn't really clear where to park it. Went to check the truck back in. Started the process and it wanted a picture of in the inside of the cab. So I walked my belongings to my personal car. When I went to take the pictures on my phone the screen went to all checked in. Wasn't able to upload my return picture and had to walk around the whole area to find the drop off box for the keys. In the mean time I called and sat on hold for almost 30 minutes. Just when I was about to leave and ask for a call back someone picked up and I ended up having to email my pictures to have them to upload manually.
Sabrina PThe cab of the U-Haul was very dirty. Food wrappers and garbage. There was a dead mouse in the passenger door. The back box leaked and water was on our items when we unloaded.

Perry FNo one around finally got someone to answer. Told me to pick one out and text unit number to him. So hook it up my self which was no problem. I thought somebody would be there to assist hooking it up.
