The truck seemed a bit rough to drive but I’ve never driven a U-Haul before.. slow acceleration. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and made my transaction very smooth.

JEFFERY CI have been renting U Haul trucks & trailers from Roy's Enterprise for about 6 years now. I have never been disappointed with the service from them. Reservations are done quickly either in person or phone in. Always treated with courtesy & respect. I don't see much room for improvement at this location.

Dylan HRoy's is great, used them a handful of times for U-Haul rentals. I would recommend checking in, in person, rather than the app. The app froze up and wouldn't ever let me complete the pick-up process. Thankfully it allowed me to complete the return process successfully, as we were dropping off after hours.

RALPH BReview any general contract requirements that customers may not read. There is so much and lawyer speak that is out there today, and our fast-paced lives make it challenging to read all the details and fine print. So, I think it would be good to have the U-Haul agent remind customers of obligations like gas options and the cleaning of the vehicle.
Talmadge AI asked about the return time and the woman who did our registration indicated that we were being charged for 24 hours anyway, so it was flexible. We were a couple of hours past 8 and got charged for 2 days. That's ridiculous!

anglea jI told then I would drop it off at 430 and they was calling me at 130 asking where the truck was then rented it for two more days and got charged more for the two days then I did for the first to days. And I didn't receive my deposit back after bring it back with no damage and with more gas then I left with the truck.will definitely never be back again. They are liers.
