Tiare SMy specific truck didn’t have a hitch/ball, just the receiver. Had to go out to the store and buy one brand new to make it work for the trailer I was also renting. This wasn’t a horrible issue but some kind of discount for the trouble would’ve helped. Especially since I had to go out of my way to buy a part I don’t need (I don’t own a truck, that’s why I’m renting one) that was also said to be provided on my receipt but wasn’t provided. The employees were all great and helped me out the hitch on, thank God for that, but it would be nice to get what I ordered next time too.
