Patsy GI HAD A 800 MILE TRIP, I CHOSE THE TRAILER, IT WAS A 2023 TRAILER , CLEAN AND NEWEST TIRES THAN ALL THE OTHERS, I NOTICED WHEEL BEARINGS ON OTHERS WERE MISSING COVERS NOT A GOOD INDICATION THAT THEY WERE SERVICED, THE TRAILER I CHOSE WORED GREAT NO PROBLEMS AT ALL .IT TOWED PERFECT.

MICKEY STerrible customer service , I booked a rental for 24hrs and without notice was told had to bring vehicle back before my time ended. Tried to resolve issue over the phone with gentleman but he literally laughed at me over the phone as if he give care at all what I had to say . Very unprofessional
Jeffrey KWork a little faster getting a refund back. I returned truck a day early and it still says $168, hopefully it’ll update by tomorrow, since it’s still pending. Also the gear where you change from park to drive etc is VERY loose on the truck. And I recommend your trucks have electric windows and to be able to move the mirrors also. And electric door locks, I’ve had one with these and it was wonderful, If it was just one person it’d be near impossible

Terry MI had asked for a utility dolly and never received one, they lied about how much gas was in the truck when I picked it up, rushed me out of the store basically as soon as they got my money.
