The truck seemed a bit rough to drive but I’ve never driven a U-Haul before.. slow acceleration. The staff seemed very knowledgeable and made my transaction very smooth.

I have been renting U Haul trucks & trailers from Roy's Enterprise for about 6 years now. I have never been disappointed with the service from them. Reservations are done quickly either in person or phone in. Always treated with courtesy & respect. I don't see much room for improvement at this location.

Roy's is great, used them a handful of times for U-Haul rentals. I would recommend checking in, in person, rather than the app. The app froze up and wouldn't ever let me complete the pick-up process. Thankfully it allowed me to complete the return process successfully, as we were dropping off after hours.
