Only issue I have is Uhaul themselves charged me 2 days and I had the rental back within 6 minutes of 24 hours and got charged for 2 days instead of 1 and I have proof of charge on bank statement.

I rented the truck to travel from Fate, TX to Springtown, TX, going through Dallas downtown traffic. Unfortunately, the truck’s air conditioning was not working properly, making the drive extremely uncomfortable, especially with the heavy traffic and long distance. I’ve rented U-Haul equipment several times in the past without any issues and have always taken good care of the trucks and returned them in excellent condition. Because of that, I expect the same level of care and maintenance from U-Haul — vehicles that are fully functional and in good working order. This time, the experience was disappointing. Driving in those conditions without proper A/C created a significant hardship. I would appreciate if U-Haul could review this situation and offer some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused.

Driver seat belt receiver was broken. You could not plug it in. We had to use the middle seat belt plug and then listen to the alarm for the entire drive.

The owner enter in my credit card wrong and my bank denied the payment. So now I have to deal with this. Call to speak with him about he was very rude. To me. The truck spell like control substance.

Took an hour to do the self serve pick up. Then once it worked I opened the lock box and the wrong key was in there. Kind of a mess to pick it up but once we got it it was fine.
