The woman working was friendly but did not know what she was doing. She had to call the U-Haul help line & go line by line asking what to do. It took me at least 40 minutes to get through the process. I'd already chosen drop off location but she kept asking if I'd return it to locations that were 20-60 miles away. Once we finished the pick up process, we went to inspect the truck. She had another customer waiting so she only did the walk around with me & then went back inside. The inside of the truck was dirty. Lots of dust, pills left in a compartment, a comb in the floorboard, crumbs in the seats & bug guts all over the windshield. It also had a large black piece on the front of the truck that was hanging below the bumper. Since it had taken so long to get the truck, I just took photos & left the lot. Once I got on the road the next day, after I'd get up to 40 mph, there was a very loud noise coming from somewhere in the truck. It sounded like a circular saw was in the cab with us. The faster you drove, the louder it got. The noise did not cause any issues but it was extremely annoying and should probably be looked at to make sure it won't cause anyone else any issues. This was my first U-haul rental and if I ever need another one, I will make sure I get my vehicle from another location. I do not feel like they took any time to look the vehicle over, report any issues or even make sure the vehicle was clean.

I returned the truck early and after hours and didn't actually meet any personnel here but still received prompt service as expected.

Back of truck was dirty and we had to sweep it out before using. Other than that it was a pleasant experience.
