Drop off location was a used appliance store. The counter person was a young man which had no clue on how to return the truck. He had to call someone asking what to do. He took my name and number on a post it note and said everything was good to go. Never even checked the vehicle.

The air only came out of the defrost vents at the windshield. Nothing came through the vents on the front of the dashboard. I would suggest looking into that!
