This was my first no contact "full phone rental". I wasn't sure if I had done everything correct, the staff there was available to answer my questions. The truck was clean and ready to go. The truck parking lot was easy access and easy to pull out of. The returning of the truck was no problem. It went very well.
Arthur PCheck the tool request section. I had requested a dolly and was not provided one, which made my trip take longer and I was almost late bringing the truck back.
Kristy MThere's really only thing and it's trivial. I had to buy windshield washer fluid, RainX, and fill the washer fluid reservoir as it was completely out. Again, no biggie. Thanks again, Scott

Matt FI was not notified of an “after hours fee” until after the reservation was completed and was double charged for insurance and daily fees. Then was given conflicting information from representatives who were working to resolve the issue. After multiple difficulties with contracts over the last few years, it seems obvious that local businesses are the way to go and likely have more quality in their services.
Gavin WThis location is not primarily a UHAUL rental location; it is a auto garage and gas station first. The personal at this location are trying their best, but as it a secondary priority for the business, the folks are not well trained or informed of UHAUL’s policies and procedures. Once informed by UHAUL Regional Representative of actual policy and procedures they are very willing to adjust. I would recommend this location for their willingness to learn, but caution folks to contact UHAUL customer service if you have questions about a situation.

Jennifer RWhen people don't use the app to rent the truck, I think that UHaul corporate needs to email them detailed instructions for how to drop off the truck and 'check in' by using their phones. Not everyone wants to or can load your apps. My phone is an older one with only a small amount of memory and I can't load an unlimited number of apps onto it.

Jordan MThe Drop location facility was great. Nice people. However, they really have nothing to do with U-Haul. You just drop your keys in a drop box and someone from somewhere else checks the truck out and Emails you a bill if there are any problems. Again, I had some new boxes left over and the drop place had no interest in taking the boxes. They don't carry boxes or any other moving items. I filled the truck up at with gas a remote location. The drop place sold gas at an economical price. If I had known the drop gas price, I would have filled the truck up there as they apparently make very little for storing U-haul trucks and he could have made a few bucks on the sale of gas.

Mustafa EThe representative helping me was very RUDE.first of all when I arrived it took 20 minutes before anyone even came in to help me. Then finally when I was helped the representative was sitting g at the desk and started asking me questions and I answered them. I asked the representative 2 or three times if he wanted my reservation number and no answer. I then asked if he had found my reservation and still no answer. I then asked again so that we could make sure that the rate I was given on the phone matches what he was doing and he stood up and literally was yelling at me and swearing at me and making rude comments about my personal appearance. As far as I am concerned I will never ever refer or use Uhaul again.

CRISTIAN RI used the online checkout procedure so I don’t mean to be too harsh about the drop off location. That said, it was an unkempt lot which if not for the presence of other U-Haul trucks I would not have known was a U-Haul location. The online checkout was excellent.

Eve DThe drop off location was a tiny parking lot full of U-Haul trucks and other random trucks with no open spots to park. There was no clear signage of where we had to leave the key. There was also no information on this in the U-Haul app for the drop off process. So yet again, I had to call customer service and the lady on the phone was very helpful and found that the key dropbox was on the complete other side of the gas station next to the parking lot, which makes zero sense.
Lucas FI was told I would get s text message yo close out the reservation on site as it was after hours. I recieved no text. I tried to call to close and after waiting on hold I finally talked with someone who said he had to transfer me and the I waited on hold again until I gave up. Then I see you charged me extra for your mismanagement. Aldo. You changed my reservation to a week past what I reserved without talking to me. I true disaster of an experience with Uhaul. Please refund my CC the $20 You stole for your mismanagement of bringing back the vehicle.

The only thing I didn’t like it was the way… The price but I know these people have nothing no control over the price but they were awesome people and I do appreciate what they did and I know I’m sorry for the inconvenience on the prior sorry I did but that was all a mistake about the trees die thing, but these are good people.
antonio qTruck was not clean, had to ask manager to sweep the inside, smelled bad too. During the time I had it, there was a flashing signal that the oil needed changed and the tire pressure on the rear left tire was very low. I stopped to put air in myself, but did not want to over inflate so I did not put sufficient ant of air in (because the notice of low air never stopped flashing.

Dave AParking lot was all mud and not lit at all. Potentially very dangerous. Trucks were left all over and made it difficult to safely drive my truck off the lot. Location doubles as a gas station, but was closed before 8pm, causing me to incur fees because I couldn't put gas back in the truck before returning it. Very poor experience.

tony nNo dollies available even though I put one on the order. Also took over an hr for mobile pick up to work. The order was completely incorrect. I placed the order online and it was completely changed when arriving to the place to pick up the truck.
Abossey SThe owner was not there to sign off for the trailer pick up, was nearly an hour late and only arrived because I had to text his taxi service. Spent over an hour in total waiting and going back and forth on my trailer size even though my reservation was clear. Would not recommend this location
Harrison LWhen going through the mobile pick-up, I spoke with Carlos and he was incredibly rude to me and did not explain that he only needed one of the options and not all. i repeatedly tried to explain that ii did not have a passport or a job for him to call and he refused to accept that and told me he still needed them. he caused me to have an anxiety attack and then was extremely rude to my husband and friend on the phone when he called them. He needs to be retrained immediately if he is going to work customer service.
