Like may of the U Haul sites they are housed within another business. The proprietor might not be available to deal with your pick-up or drop of questions when you arrive on the premises.

Called the drop off location to ask wherr to put the trailer. They told me where they wanted it. I asked if I needed to check in with them. They said no, they did not need to see me. Did not seem professional. Last trailer I rented from uhaul the puck up and drop off places went over the trailer with me to see if there were any issues or damage.

clear out the trailers and ensure it is empty. no reason a fridge should have been left inside of it taking up the entire space. make sure all employees are on the same page as to when the product could be back as i was instructed that bringing it back the next day would be fine. also do not advertise 18 dollars then charge someone 53. that is false advertising. poor customer service. Also, there was no professionalism at all, The Manager was rude. i normally never complain, i work in retail, i understand that sometimes customers are hard to deal with, he had no reason to be rude. will not be going back to this location anymore. nor do i recommend others to.

I requested a dolly and I was told by three people beforehand that I would have one with my truck rental. When I got there the lady told me “nope don’t got one, tough out of luck” their friends were hanging around in the office and rudely interrupting while I was trying to get my paper work processed so I didn’t have any time to ask questions. I also picked the truck up and it wasn’t on full but my paper work said it was and the lady didn’t help me. I called customer service and they said to tell drop off. When I told them they told me oh well, call customer service and charged my card $59, when I filled the tank up to where I picked it up front at 3/4 of a tank.

The availibility of furniture pads is highly unlikely at the small pickup locations even when requested at the time of booking. I spoke to an customer service agent who refunded the pads ordered but I will have to call again because the credit hasn’t shown up in a week.

Uhaul was fine i paid the C&E moving company to help me move. I call the morning to confirm the time they would be coming. The representative says she has a confirmed time of 4:30 pm (we were scheduled for 1130) she says oh yeah ill call you back in 20 mins. 2 hours goes by and we finally call her back to get an eta and she says that her driver got into an accident and wont be able to come until later but she will call back to figure something out in 40 mins after another hour and a half we call again and this time a guy answers and says were very busy we will call you back. Never got a call back and after all that we get a text message from them saying they are really sorry and so embarrased about what happen and would try to come tommrow i ask them if we can get a discount because we already rented the uhaul and had to pay for a day basically wasted and they tell us if were not happy we can cancel for a refund and hire someone else for another day. What kind of company tells us to just cancel the service after they dropped the ball multiple times? And if there movers got into an "accident " what are they emabrrassed about? They are very unprofessional and i would not recommend them.

I was overcharged for the rental. The express check in was a waste of time. They automatically assigned me insurance, which I did not want. The charrge had already been done when I checked back in and I wasn’t wasting any more tine for $8.

Location kind of sketchy area without any type of security or secure drop area. Convenient because they have an after hours drop box but would have felt better leaving your equipment closer to the building.

Staff was great! Very helpful. Unfortunately, reserving ancillary equipment like dollies and blankets online are wrong because they don't have those items. Frustrating! But they worked with me to do what they could.

I requested a 1 day Moving 15' Truck Rental on March 28, 2018 at Southbridge Gas Station & Auto Repair ( U-HAUL RENTAL) 176 Worcester St Southbridge, MA; in which I returned the truck by March 29, 2018 at 12:30 am at the same U-Hau Rental Placel. It comes up on my American Express Account that I was charged a 2 Day Rental + a $25 Cleaning Fee for which I did not agree on since the truck was turned in completely clean as we received it and I even put more gas than I had used in the tank. My daughter called on April 1, 2018 to talk with the man owner of the place just to mention the error they had made in billing us and that he could even check his cameras to verify that the truck was returned not even 7 hours after it being rented. He evened cuzzed out my daughter calling her, and I quote; "MOTHERFUCKER". She just told him that for his such bad behavior she wasn't going to talk nothing else with him and that the next day I (her mother would be going personally to talk with them. When I was back in town, the next day, we vwent personally to talk with them, me thinking that the lady owner would be much more polite and professional. I claimed for what I understood was correct, she tod me that wasn't going to do anything and that I had to call U-Haul not them. She kept on claiming that the rental had been done on Saturday and that sunday they were closed and that was why she was charging me for 2 days. I corrected her telling her that the rental contract had been done on Wednsday, March 28 and had been returned on Thursday morning, March 29, 2018 at 12:30 am. Then she started to get very rude, screaming at me. I asked her politely to bring her voice down; because I could perfectly hear her and I wasn't screaming at her. She just kept on screaming; so I started to scream at her also. she started screamin back; "Get the Fuck out of here, get the Fuck out of my place. So I did but not before telling her and her husband off for I knew that he also had dared to call my daughter a "MOTHERFUCKER" the day before on the phone. Never have had such a terrible experience in my whole life.. U-HAUL shouldn't be having these kind of people working for them; since it could cost them to be sued in court; for such awful maltreatment towards a costumer.

They did not put the furniture pads into the truck after finding out that they didn't have the right number that was requested. Also said I picked up the truck at 11 am and I didn't pick it up until almost noon.
