No one was there at 8:00 am when they were supposed to be open. We went through the U-Haul app to pick up the truck. That went well until we needed the key. It said to go inside and get it. Again there was no one well. I talked to a lovely lady at U-Haul who helped us with the code to get the back of the truck open to hopefully find the key. It wasn’t there. A man finally walked up and said he worked there and looked for the key and couldn’t find it. He called Ruby, the owner, she told me she could be there in 15 minutes. It was already 8:45. We had a moving crew waiting on us. I told her we were cancelling the reservation and going somewhere else. She then said he could give us the key. He finally produced a key and we left. I would never use them again and have already told my friends never to use them. U-Haul moved our reservation to Rubys because she had the truck size we needed. We didn’t pick it ourselves.
