Clerk does not speak/understand English. 3 pickup trucks of different sizes were available, no need to call in advance to reserve. Easy access location. Can leave your own car parked there.

I wait 90 min to have my truck. I ring the bell, knock at the dorr many times, nobody. I send texto....finally it's a woman online who help me. My online profile was not activate....At the end, the owner of the place arrived and said to me that he was at is office for 2 hours. (didn't watch the cameras????) I told him to check his doorbell....It was an nightmare....no excuse,nothing at all. He also reproch me to not anwering the phone. He called after 90 minutes and I was finish on the phone with the woman . really, it was an horrible experience.

I didn’t receive information about how to return the truck, and I just let the keys in the box and then I go, after that I realized I need to took some photos so I came back and I tried to take the better photos I can, so in general the truck ok but the information at the counter really poor.

Can and cargo bay were not clean coffee spilled over the console. No interest in UHaul when reported to them. (Shrug shoulders and walk away). Less than a quarter tank of gas. Less than indicated on the contract. We reserved at another location weeks ago and were told the day before our pickup that they did not have a truck for us despite the reservation. Said it was “U-Haul’s fault”.

I had reserved a 10 ft truck, 12 furniture pads and a utility dolly. However once I arrived they provided me with only 6 furniture pads and didn't want to give me the utility dolly although it was paid for during my reservation. After a speaking to the representative for severals minutes he gave me the dolly because I was about to contact U-Haul to have the fees adjusted. The dolly that I received was also very dirty and had rust all over it so it was a little inconvenient to use until we wiped it down ourselves.

The truck i rented was plated in Arizona, so no Km indicator and obviously because it moves around, nobody seems interested in maintaining it. In particular, it had its driver’s side windshield wiper that was so worn out that half the blade didn’t even touch the windshield and would have caused serious problems had it been a rainy day.

The place looks sketchy and is hard to find. The equipment was in good condition, but for the smell of s*** lingering in the truck from I don't know what, like a bunch of farm animals were transported in it. Additionally, I had the hardest time accessing my account to pick up the truck. Return was easy enough, though. And I was able to add 24 hours to my rental with just a phone call. I usually deal with another location, which is much better in my opinion. This place... not great.

A lot of bad Google reviews made me hesitant to rent a this place, but they were the closest who were able to provide the truck I needed and had made a reservation for. Truck was OK-ish clean and well maintained overall. (4/5) The billing was on point with usage. (5/5) The place/office could be improved a lot, it is hard to find and located in a weird multistore building and at first glance and you don't seem to be going at a truck rental place. (2/5) The staff was friendly overall and on-site service was good at pick-up and return. (4/5)

Low oil level light was on, no oil showing on level stick, rental center had no oil, had to buy and add oil myself to be able to do my move. I was reimbursed for the oil on billing but I still lost a lot of time. So keep oil at the rental center. would be good.

The truck was dirty in the cockpit and the rear and the outside .. needs a proper cleaning .. it didn’t change anything for me overall .. I needed a truck .. they had one available .. but I was in-impressed by the condition of the truck as far as cleanliness .. overall the experience was good .. easy to access the location .. the man was friendly although this isn’t an actual U-Haul location but a family ruin business who rents u-haul trucks to generate extra income !!? Unconventional but it worked for me .. the base price was standard for u-haul but the charge per kilomètre was painful ! Would I rent again from here ? Probably .. as I said overall it was .. just ok

I'm 43 years old and this is BY FAR the worst customer experience I've ever had. I'm still insulted to this day. I thought the clerk wanted to start a fight with me upon arrival. It all started when he wanted me present at his store at 9h30 am. I replied that my rental was for later than that,10 am and due to unforseen circumstances I told him I could only be there at 10h45. He then called but I missed it so called back. He said that if I wasn't there by 10h15 am, he would cancel my reservation and rent it to someone else. I told him he must be kidding I've been planning this day for weeks. I asked to speak to his supervisor and he hung up. I called back and said something happened to the line can I speak to your supervisor. He said he texted me a phone number. I said listen, I don't appreciate being hung up on can you tell me the number? I asked many times and he did say it but I misunderstood the last number and when I asked him to repeat, he said look at the text, and hung up. I dialed the number and was on hold. I had to leave my house at 9h50am to pick someone up before picking up the truck. I finally arrived at the store at 10h32 am. He was at the back of his store and asked which of us was on the phone. I said that it was me. He said, I have something to tell you... I replied ok, but I'll have something to say after. He showed me a tablet with something yellow on it. He said my reservation is almost cancelled. I asked is the truck still here? He said yes. He gave me a sermon about respecting appointments. I said that truck was reserved for 24 hours. The person with me said, look can we all calm down and start fresh. Danny, the clerk, said I'll talk to you but him, he then gestured towards me and made a grimace. I was furious, I was standing right there as he's insulting me. Finally he took photos of my license and gave me the keys. Fyi there was no tour of the truck for damage or scratches as I'm used to. I told him customer service isn't his field. The person with me told me that when the clerk approached him he stunk of alcohol. Take a wild guess if I'm ever even thinking of using uhaul again?

Communication entre la réservation et le fournisseur du camion. le fournisseur disait qu’il finissait de travailler à 1230 mais j’avais réservé pour 13h30. Bizarre

On m'a facturé 68,47$ sur ma carte de crédit. Le montant final est de 53,68$ et l'ajustement n'a pas été fait. Je devrai contester le montant facturé. Le contrat est seulement en anglais, même si on est au Québec???!!! Le camion était très vieux et plus ou moins propre. J'ai loué un camion de 15 pieds, mais des planches de 1x3x12 ne rentraient qu'en diagonale. Donc, le camion n'avait pas 15 pieds de long. Le monsieur qui m'a servi était gentil et poli. Je n'ai rien à dire contre lui.

My overall experience was good! The mobile app took a bit longer to process when I picked up the truck because they had to do some kind of verification. I would go in person during opening hours if I need to rent again. The owner/person in charge was nice and accommodating.

I was charge extra 25$ because did not flof blanket before leaving!!!! I was charge 1.43$/mi instead of .89 like il was on quote. I was charge extra 17$ fuel althought I filled at pretty much same level from begennig. I place a claim but never received call back or money back. I will try another way for my next usage

Wiper blade on passenger side was broken. There was no windshield fluid in the reservoir. On tire was insufficiently blown. Doing a web transaction on a phone in the cold hard winter was a pain.

The only issue is with the parking. The space in very narrow. It was very difficult to get the truck out. I would suggest that instead of parking the trucks perpendicular, to place them at angle, it would mor space to back up and be much easier to get out of the parking spot.
