Check the tires, right back tire was down to 30 psi, so at home I increased it to 60 psi. Traveled with a load to San Diego and pressure was back down to 45 psi. The receiving agency said there was a nail in the tire.Keith S.

The truck did not have a full tank of gas ..it said online it did . Then no dolly... place was closed owner went shopping....came 2 hrs later and was rude .. and the miles I was giver were way over what tge distance was and customer service was no helpYOLANDA H.
The mobile location was terrible. Everyone trying to return the equipment via 24/7 mobile was trying to get into the tiny space reserved for drop off. There was not room for all the trucks. No one was at the yard to take in the trucks and trailers. We were lucky to find a spot but another family was frantically trying to call uhaul because they did not want to leave the truck on the street. I tried to call and the wait time was 30 min to get help. I would never recommend this pick up site.Brandon C.

Extremely unprofessional. I walked into what I thought was a uhaul building and it turned out to be someone's bedroom that was super messy. This location was extremely ghetto, the entrance to this lot was very narrow. I missed the turn and passed the entrance. The staff there did not check in the uhaul I rented until several days after I returned it. I am so dissatisfied with the service I received from uhaul, I have done business with uhaul for years and have never had this bad of service. I think I will stop doing business with uhaul after this awful experience. Uhaul really needs to investigate this specific location and make some major changes. I cannot believe uhaul allows a location like this to be open for business to the public. Worst experience ever!Nicole N.

There's poor customer service he can only do so much they just say I have to call customer service I like to deal with U-Haul directly did not get one local it's inconvenient already and you still want to charge me for over miles I had to get two trucks no one to advice me if it was better to keep the same one pay for an extra day or get the other truck It would of been nice to have customers service credit or adviseEVA W.

Truck was filthy. Found a roll up dollar bill and beer cans in the vehicle. A/c kept going in and out but was mostly out. It took me 58 minutes to get checked in. This process usually takes 10 minutes once I'm at the counter. Windshield was full of dirt. Tire in truck was low. The guy who helped me was filthy and smelled like booze. It was a terrible experience. I called to try and get another truck and was told by the scheduling dept that there was one available 2 hours from me. I had already driven 45 minutes to get to this location. I made a reservation ahead of time as I always do twice a month being I have a small business. For some reason my requested locations were not available. I'm not sure what's the point of making a reservation.SARAH K.
I know it's not this locations fault but I want to complain about the website and app. They are both horrendous and don't work properly. The location had a lot to be desired. Located in an iffy neighborhood and behind a house on a dirt lot that was not well kept. I did not feel safe or that the area was safe. The young man that helped me made me uncomfortable as his speech was slurred, rapid, and he seemed high. He also forgot to give me keys when he took me to the vehicle and walked back to the office, I had to go back to the office to get keys. The vehicle was fine. I was sent to this location by your central dispatcher. I requested the Union and Brundage location or the North Chester location in Bakersfield. If in the future I can not pick up at one of these locations I will not rent. I have rented from UHaul many times before and always had an excellent experience, this is the first and hope the last bad experience.LORETTA H.

Costumer waiting time. It takes tooooooo long to answer. When I was returning trailer, it took me almost 1 hr. To get a representative, so horrible.VICTOR M.
Great customer service, very friendly and patient. The only negative parts were the smell of dog feces all over the yard and the bad handling of the truck. I'm not sure if the handling of the truck is their fault but you had to turn the truck to the left to be going straight and once you hit 60 mph on the freeway it would randomly give a nice pull so you had to be constantly turning the wheel left and right just to keep it going straight. Also I was disappointed with the fuel below 1/4 a tank and not a nearby easy access gas station. Thankfully where I need to go was very close. Overall the customer service was just great and I probably would rent from this location again simply because of that.JOHN C.

I called couples times, and I need someone help me, I never had this a problem before, and I know exactly the way we need to return it. It is in an unsafe neighborhood. Resdential with dogs barking, beware of dog signs. Very unprofessional. Inwas disappointed and nervous when we dropped it off. Right in front was a man on something and was taking his pants off. Really scary to be subjected to a drop off location as such. Uhaul has never done this to me in the past.Selina R.

This location looked like someone's residence. Very cramped and crowded. It had a narrow dirt driveway that led to the back of the property. Thank goodness Drop off was easy. I am hoping this is a business just getting started and improvement is seen in the near future.DIANA U.
