Location is in a very bad area, vehicle had a flat tire that I had to take time to get fixed through roadside service, roadside service was great though.

Diana CThis location, I never expected to drive to a place where I never thought I would go. This neighborhood is bad news. The exterior and windows of this vehicle was filthy. The vehicle was missing parts, still drivable. One of the sensor lights on the dash panel was illuminated which told me the problem was never corrected. Going on a long trip is a major concern viewing this sensor. Overall, I will never again use or recommend Uhaul...
