UHAUL practices price gouging. Would have ordered a uhaul in Athens but prices were more then double due to Ohio University. Decided to go to another location but due to the mileage restriction in contract uhaul still got their money. Terrible business practice and I will never use this company again. I will use enterprise or another competitor even if cost is more due to principle and not wanting to support a company that operates this way.

Make your employees aware of the u-haul process so they can help customers smoothly. Also, that they’re trained with the correct information. We were inconvenienced after I confirmed several times with Aaron that we were able to drop the drop off to Lancaster uhaul. Once dropped off at Lancaster uhaul we received a phone call stating we needed to pick it up and return to pick-up location or we would be charged wrong drop off location. Considering, I’m in labor and delivery for 8 weeks and my fiance had my 9 month old and moving by hisself this wrong information told to us not only inconvenienced our time but also money for extra miles and gas. I reached out to the field manager Rick, Heidi store manager for rushville provided me with his number and I left a voicemail and didn’t receive a call back.
