We were inconvenienced after I confirmed several times with Aaron that we were able to drop the drop off to Lancaster uhaul. Once dropped off at Lancaster uhaul we received a phone call stating we needed to pick it up and return to pick-up location or we would be charged wrong drop off location. Considering, I’m in labor and delivery for 8 weeks and my fiance had my 9 month old and moving by hisself this wrong information told to us not only inconvenienced our time but also money for extra miles and gas. I reached out to the field manager Rick, Heidi store manager for rushville provided me with his number and I left a voicemail and didn’t receive a call back.
