The location does not have enough space to park trucks and thats why they redirect the customer to another plaza to pickup/drop off the trucks. This creates inconvenience. The truck was not maintained k terms of cleanliness and regular performance maintenance was not done

I disputed the gas level on checkin on the app. When i returned the truck with same level which was 1/4 she said no it was more then she started showing me photos on her phone for the gas level but the milage is completely different. The other problem is they park the trucks at another near by plaza but thats not convenient at all. The lady was very rude during the whole transaction.

U haul should at least give clarification for my email. Still waiting. Could you please let me know the reason for "Fuel Charge: 26 LT" charge of $66.51 ? As per the receipt the total mileage is 5 MI and I have added fuel before returning the truck. So I would like to know if this amount is for fuel ? I have taken pictures of fuel measures before taking the truck and after returning the truck. As per the below image (along with the date and timestamp) after returning the truck the fuel indicator is showing more than what was there before taking the truck. So I'm finding it hard to match the $66.51 amount. Please clarify.

I used a half tank of gas put in 120 in gas the gage is broken doesnt move and i was still charged sn additional 106 after i experienced all these issues. the location was made aware of the noises and the loose wheel but told ok ifvit breaks down on just call uhaul tow services. Absolutely ridiculous

VANESSA L.This is the second time I have used U-Haul and on average 1 hour late due to issues with check in. I watched the self check in video and practiced checking in and signing in online so I could be prepared. I attempted to do the self check in at 8:20 am the day of pick up and an error message told me I had to wait untill the store opened at 9am. Luckily the store was open at 8:30 so I went in and the lady at the front desk was incompetent. She claimed that the system wasn't working and that it must be the fact that I was signed into my U-Haul account on my phone. I then signed out and she attempted to check me in using her system again. She was unable to check me in and proceeded to tell me that I had been suspended probably because I had not paid. I told her she was wrong and she continued to put the responsibility on me that she was unable to check me in. Now moving on to Plan C I called u-Haul directly and was on hold for only 15 minutes when a lady on the other end was helpful and was able to assist me. The customer service agent even had difficulty with the store clerk as she was also trying to convince her that I had been suspended. Even after I was given the key for the truck the lady continued to tell me that I was probably suspended from U-Haul and she listed reasons why. I was on the road at 930am despite arriving at 8:15 am. I had two people waiting to assist me who I were being paid. This is the second time have been delayed during check-in for my U-Haul truck. The last time was with the company I used to work for. I beleive I used the email ross.oconnor-tennant@kerrysplace.org if you would like to look at my review on that account. I believe I did my due diligence with regards to picking up the truck and have come to the conclusion that a discount is warranted in this situation, otherwise I will be renting from Discount or other rental services in the future. Collecting the vehicle should have taken maximum 5 mins since I reserved online but my dad and I spent over 15 mins while she worked out the kinks of processing the payment. The vehicle was also not parked at this location. It was parked at the Indian Bazaar supermarket across the road on Kennedy Road. This inconvenient.
LIZA I.My appointment was for 10 Am but I got the truck at 12 noon. I paid for full time and returned it even quicker after use. I was unable to complete my moving as I was as to start my job at 3 PM. That what I booked it for 6hours but unable to complete my work. Not satisfied at all. And I will never think of using the service again as it's wastage of time and money both. Thanks
