I would like to provide feedback regarding my recent U-Haul truck rental. First, the truck was not clean at all when I received it. There was vomit on the inside of the right passenger-side window, which was very unpleasant and unhygienic. I still had to take the truck because I had no other option, as I was told there were no other trucks available. Secondly, I received a call from the rental location regarding the drop-off. I was running late and informed them about the delay. However, instead of trying to work with me, I was threatened with police involvement. I understand that being on time is important, but I believe the situation could have been handled in a much more professional and respectful manner. Overall, I am very disappointed with the cleanliness of the truck and the way the drop-off situation was handled. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed.
