Employee showed up late, store was not open when I arrived at 8:00, I didn’t leave the location until after 8:20. Then they contacted me over 3 hours after dropping off vehicle claiming damage “near the ignition”. I did not take a picture of every single component of the vehicle which would be an untenable burden to renting a vehicle. They did not do a pre-rental walk around with me, they did not do a post rental walk round with me. They were in possession of the vehicle for hours before contacting me about damages. I did not notice any damage on the ignition at pick up or drop off. If there is any damage on the vehicle it had to have been caused after I dropped it off. Unbelievable.
