Ruths Cafe has good soul food but a disaster for picking up a uhaul truck. They only had two trucks and they gave me the correct truck but entered the wrong truck number. Then, I was charged $1,363 before I turned in my truck saying I had turned in my truck in wrong state and wrong date. This mistake at the front end cost me 4 hours talking to customer service to explain and get this resoloved.
