Location was absolutely not ideal. Phone registration was not user friendly at all. Was not a pheasant experience oversll and would not go this route again.

The location is in the middle of the train tracks.. seedy.. the mobile application is horrible. It is not intuitive at all and I always have to call the support desk. You need to work on that.. terrible

Will never use self check in again, whole process took an hour out of my 4 hour rental time- still got charged for full 24 hours. Total scam
