U haul location was great, customer service at the location was great However U-Haul itself didn't have the 20 foot truck available that I booked so they called me with a 15 and then they called me again shortly after and said that 15 foot had to go in for maintenance and I needed to pick up a different 15 foot at a different place and when I got there there were no furniture pads in it and I'm not sure that they were ever refunded Slight inconvenience
