The people working did the best they could and were very nice. However the system is extremely disorganized. The pick up took an hour and after they changed our pick up location from our requested one, we had to drive the truck from the new location to the originally requested one to do paperwork. Drop off location wasn't communicated to their workers so that took another 1/2 hour. And their computer system wasn’t working either. The whole system needs an overall. I would not recommend this company.

Great and easy pick up and drop off.
Georgia IU haul location was great, customer service at the location was great However U-Haul itself didn't have the 20 foot truck available that I booked so they called me with a 15 and then they called me again shortly after and said that 15 foot had to go in for maintenance and I needed to pick up a different 15 foot at a different place and when I got there there were no furniture pads in it and I'm not sure that they were ever refunded Slight inconvenience
