I made a reservation. 15 minutes before was told no one would be there. They had me switch to an app based pickup. Problem is, no one sent me the actual code for the truck lock. I was on hold and problem solving for 35 minutes. Zero empathy on the app based team, not even acknowledgement they screwed up. I asked explicitly where the code was in my app reservation, they confirmed it was never sent. Truck windshield was so dirty we had to stop and clean it. It only had 1/3 of a tank of gas. Not at all a good experience sadly.
