The owner of the drop off location (auto repair shop) first said he would be available to receive me and the uhaul at a specific timeframe and then he wasn't there when I got there. but to be fair...there was a cat 1 storm approaching so it's possible that's why he wasn't there, but I'm not definite. He should have warmed me he would not be there. It was very difficult to unlock and move the trailer in a parking spot by myself.Jeanette L.

Reserved van online for 8:00 am. Arrived at 8:15 am to find shop dark and closed. Called number several times, no answer. Around back and over two parking lots I found van issued to me according to the UHaul app, it was unlocked but I didn't see keys. UHaul app had another number for shop so I called that... It was now 8:40 am and rude man, Simon Amar, acts aggravated with me on the phone, like what's the big deal and why am I upset. He then tells me keys are in the van, under the seat on the floor... How was I supposed to know that!? Van was filthy inside - empty soda can in front door pocket, glitter on seats, garbage in cargo space (paper, can spray paint, gallon of who knows what). It was terrible from start to his rude attitude at finish when I returned the van.Pauline Z.

No one was there to check in with a mechanic called a woman and she did a check in over the phone. They pointed me to the truck the keys were in it. I was told when I bring it back leve the keys in it. I returned the truck 5 hours later left keys in as instructed. I took numerous pics of truck and odometer before I left. Two day later I get altered and overcharged by the vendor. I had the truck for 5 hours they changed me for 3 days and they changed my request for no insurance and added it. They told me they could do nothing to call 1800uhaul. I did and the woman I spoke with told me I would be refunded around $106 in 3-5 business days and still have not seen this yet. I have rented many trucks over the year with never a problem. This has been total unacceptable!Joshua K.

My appointment for pickup was 8am but there was no one there. I called the phone number at 8:15am and spoke to a very grouchy Hispanic man, who grew angrier when I told him I had completed the registration for the trailer rental and then added that I had not yet paid for it. He screamed at me that the registration was not complete if I hadn't paid yet and how dare I say otherwise. I reserved the trailer 3 days prior for 8am and it took them until 9am to get me on my way. I was the only customer there. Don't use this place.MARK S.

Very unclear where the Uhaul was supposed to be dropped off and I had to hunt around for the key drop box. I would recommend adding a few signs or labeling the parking spots that are designated for the Uhaul.Blaine B.

I just wanted to make note that I spoke with Kevin over the phone to check in for my reservation today. He told me the tank was full so that I must return it full. The tank was actually 3/4 full. I returned it with the tank a little more than 3/4 full- I just don't want to be charged extra. Also, the inside of the box portion was filthy upon pick up, it was apparent the last renter did not sweep it out. I made sure that I swept it out prior to return so I returned it in better condition than I picked it up in. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Much better and WAY more affordable than any other car rental company. This is a temporary move and I will be moving again in October/November and I will 100% be back to rent from Uhaul for that move!Ashley S.

The company had their doors locked during their business hours, they would not answer the phone, and it took 40 minutes to figure out a place to park a 10ft truck with tow bar attached in a space where it was not blocking anything. I feel like they should not be used by uhaul again. If you are looking for a drop off location, don't use this one.Patrick B.
I unloaded all of my belongings out of the trailer I just rented and every single thing that I own reeks of cigarettes. My wife is 38 weeks pregnant and highly allergic to smoke. This experience overall was terrible. No one was at the location at my time of pickup. Was delayed 55 minutes in pickup. The location owner was very rude and actually hung up on me. The additional equipment I had requested was not available and caused my move to be much more difficult. Upon my attempt to drop my vehicle off, I arrived at the location, gate was closed and no one was around. I had to then interrupt my next day in order to return the truck. Which I was once again hung up on by the location owner. I was charged for the additional mileage even though it was not my fault I was unable to return the truck. Again, overall a terrible experience that cost me additional money for my movers as well as time out of my next day. I would hope to hear from a uhaul corporate representative in regards to my experience.Jacob M.

I waited 1/2hrs for employee to show up and this was 1hr after they opened. I waited another 45min because they didn't know what they were doing while on the phone with someone to walk them through the computer. Then frustrated they just gave me the keys and asked for my phone # (but never called). No check of any sort (and it smelled of bad milk). I returned truck in less then 7hrs (of the 9hrs i rented it for) with less then 10 miles and i put 10 dollars of gas (more then I was given). They removed the dolly charge (because they never had one - ps that makes moving VERY DIFFICULT). I waited ANOTHER 45 minutes while employee had to get on phone with area manager and check me out.
