Very unprofessional. They gave me a different truck. They didn’t make sure I have everything set up with them. They called me to go back when I was already 15 minutes away. I lost time and the gas in my car.The man charged me more than my first estimate on the app. I did not approve that payment I was charged for.
Anna CThis location should not be allowed to be a Uhaul location. They don't have the knowledge nor the character of the brand that Uhaul has maintained for so many years. I'm also going to push the issue that this location be stopped immediately.
