I wasn't asked or consented to the $15 protection fee. I declined it online, but when I arrived, I checked in in person. Not once was it brought to my attention.

Brian LI am probably NOT recommending this location because I would not recommend Uhaul. What was supposed to be a simple pick up 15 mins from my house ended up being almost a two hour affair, traveling to god knows where I was. That's two hours I didn't have to pack up my house. It ruined the entire day's schedule.
kathy bI had no issues with the facility itself. I had issues with billing because I went from Fairfield to Price Hill round-trip and I was charged for 60 miles that is not 60 miles from Fairfield to Price Hill. That is the only issue I had. I did not feel like going through all of the hoops to get my money back so I just left it as it is.
