Loved the cheerful service from this central Auburn location. The owner was extremely helpful and made the drop-off seamless. She also provided insight for our next U-Haul journey. I definitely would return to this location.

The map took us to the wrong location. When we found it, the gates were locked and we had to park on the street. It felt like we were not supposed to leave it like that, but there were other trucks parked out there and a key drop box on the outside of the fence. We had booked to drop off in a 24 hour drop off location we were familiar with, but the location was changed.
Shana WPrior to returning the trailer, I asked if I could drop it off at another location in town and was informed that this would be acceptable. However, when I arrived at that location after completing my rental, I was told that I could not return it there and that I had been given incorrect information. Because of this, I had to take the trailer back to the original location, which was already closed. Despite having the trailer for only approximately four hours, I was charged an after-hours return fee. This charge is both unreasonable and the direct result of misinformation provided by your staff. I am requesting that this after-hours fee be reviewed and removed, as the situation was entirely out of my control. The lack of clear communication and the inconvenience caused have left me extremely disappointed, and I will not be renting from the Sacramento Street Auburn location again if this is not resolved appropriately

JARED SThis has nothing to do with the place I got the rental from this is 100% an issue I have with uhaul and the whole renting/reserving the trailer online. I made the reservation and when I went to get the trailer (Toy hauler) it had no straps on the trailer what so ever so I had to backtrack to my house to get straps to be able to use it. Nowhere during the online reservation process did it ever mention I needed my own straps or securements for the trailer. Sure waisted some of my time and made me late to pick up the vehicle I was going to get. Uhaul should really notify me the renter of that when I'm setting up the rental
