Loved that uhaul as a group and individuals were very kind and understanding. This is not a small vehicle rental place. Uhaul has large equipment and having the details of where to find additional information on how to drive a truck and trailor. S and s smog hog in auburn ca explained with both verbal but also pointing out the small details of hooking and unhooking trailor. Safety on the road. Thank you
