They made this very easy and the gentleman was so polite and gracious. U-Haul online system would not let us upload our DL online. It made it a little Chaotic as 3 reservations all showed up at the same time but he handled it well. I waited maybe 5-10 min. but I was the last one there. He was so apologetic for the wait and truly it was not bad. I was entertained by the Shop's little Corgi. The truck was clean , and he made sure I understood the gas policy and the ramifications if I did not return the vehicle with that amount. I dropped off the vehicle after hours and it was easy and simple. I would rent here again.
