The Uhaul representative was NOT present to hand me my keys. The SGA cleaner lady didn't speak English and seemed dazed and confused the entire time. I had to call customer service to figure out my way to the black box, which the customer service person had to give me the code for, then there wasn't a key in it. The SGA cleaner lady finally found the key in her desk while looking for it, just to ask "is this it?" (in spanish). All this took place while it was POURING RAIN and the orange and black boxes were not covered! So my eyes were soaked with water while trying to get these things opened. Worse experience ever. The Uhaul representative should be FIRED for not being present or finding an intelligent person to have the key ready for the renter.
