The Wentzville U-Haul has been my BEST experience with using U-Haul for over thirty years of moving from Military Base to Base. They showed the personal touch to ensure safe first and foremost in an extremely efficient way! They’re service was Exemplary! The Brookings team was Johnny in the spot for my return, extremely impressive return process!
VANCE GThe tires on the trailer were not balanced . One of the tires on the trailer separated and I barely made it back to the town I lived in .The tires not being balanced caused everything to bounce all over and rubbed on each other and wore off paint on furniture . The trailer did not seal very well , everything was covered in dust . The trailer was very dirty upon opening it . The metal inside the trailer was very dirty and left black marks all over anything that touched it . Not satisfied at all . Next time I know what to look for .

SANDRA BEasy drop-off, friendly personnel. I did not actually see a U-Haul sign but I knew this was a used car dealer. And I saw U-Haul trucks in the back, when I was very close.
DAVID SEquipment was clean. But needs some wire maintenance on the specific trailer I rented. Many of the lights were sort of "flickering". Also lots of squeaks coming from the trailer.

TYLER OI have dropped trailers here twice. There was not anyone around but I had no needs. The property has plenty of room to park the trailers.

RAUL RMatt was friendly and helped us in an hour of desperate need after our movers flaked out. We took longer than expected to move, but we got there!
SAMUEL WThe man was really quick to get me out the door. Which was nice, except there really wasn't time to do a vehicle inspection when he pulled the 15ft truck out front and left it running. The truck had a loose connection to the battery, making it difficult to start, and it ended up not starting the second morning I had it until that was fixed. Also, long distance trucks NEED cruise control. That 8h trip sucked on my ankle, especially on the 80mph interstates. I ended up driving 5-10mph under the limit at times.

Jenifer WI have complain about extra day charge. I have told extra day charge would be around 20 dollars but charged 40 dollars plus 28 dollars extra.

Sara FThe pickup location was wonderful; polite, courteous and expedient. The truck was not just bad, it was dangerous. Outwardly, it appeared fine. It was not until you were loaded and on the way that problems jumped out. First was the tow/haul system. When it was on and you started to brake, it would quickly engage revving the engine to 4,500 rpm or more AND IT WOULD NOT DISENGAGE. You had to slow to below 40 mph before it would disengage. On an interstate, that is dangerous. Even with the system supposedly off, it still engaged but not at the level as when the system was on. Next, one of the headlights was loose or broken and the light would rapidly move up and down sometimes blinding on-coming cars.
Timothy HWhen you tell me I need to return the vehicle with a full tank of gas and that I am receiving the vehicle with a full tank of gas, I did not expect to put in 5 gallons for 10 miles of travel. I.e. it was not full when I received the vehicle.

Omeshamisu AI returned my unit on the 7th but the receipt says I returned it on the 10 and then they charged me 20$ for an extra day so I feel like that was a scam.
Ronald HOnly issues were a broken windshield wiper and a check engine light. Wiper had a temporary fix that came loose in a rain Storm. Not ideal timing.
