Gary BI didn't really know what I was doing because it was my first time using U-Haul and he just read the things I had already filled out online.
Derek MAt first was a little confused where to drop the trailer. Spent a few min on a Sat looking around and found a sign tagging the trailer drop was across the street from the truck return. Being a 24hr drop/pickup location there wasn't anyone around, however I was able to get parked and disconnected and use the online return process. Make sure to allow GPS location service when using this type of return so UHaul knows where the trailer is.
