I pulled the truck in, turned it off and dropped the keys in the box. I don’t believe they were open. There were no personnel to help.. Aside from the location using your app is difficult and hard to navigate. I also had no idea that I was supposed to do all the extra things when I dropped it off so I just dropped it off and left it. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized I was supposed to take pictures and do all this other crap again your app is dumb. I’d also like to know why I’m being charged 14 more dollars than I already paid..
