I reserved a trailer for pick up in Marshall, MN but the day before I was to pick it up I was told there was none available for that size. I had to drive to Brookings, SD to pick up the trailer. Why did you give me a reservation if there was no trailer available?

Tilman SThe front fender on the driver’s side was badly damaged, the truck was much larger than the size I wanted. I also had to go to the site twice to get the truck. The first attendant did not help me find out why my account was froze. I left the site and called the number on the paperwork he printed out and gave me. Customer service was lacking; why didn’t the attendant offer to call the number with me the first time I was there? I was not getting codes to my app or phone to sign into my account; the only way I could access my account was to sign in through a browser or search engine. I left the site, called the number listed on the receipt given to me by the attendant, and the representative I spoke to was very helpful. My account was cleared so I went back to get the truck I previously reserved. I had proof of the reservation I previously made that was sent to my email account.I got a 26 foot truck that was hard to maneuver when I ordered a 20 foot truck. I am grateful for the truck I got because we were able to get everything in one trip. No one apologized for the mishap or showed much concern. I tried to do mobile check-in and because my device would not accept codes I had to do in person pickup. I am not a criminal or second rate citizen, just needed a truck to move and didn’t appreciate all the hassle.
